I'm back!

Wow it's been a very long time since I posted on here! Well I'm gonna start posting more often,the content  will be different because I'm no longer working and not buying and selling like I used to.i probably will be voicing my opinions a lot guess some would call it "venting" whatever it's called I'm gonna say what is on my mind and would love for someone to read it and reply once in awhile.Give me your thoughts and what's on your mind just keep it clean please ! And if it's just me posting that's ok too I love writing down my thoughts lol Happy Wednesday!,

late post for Deal or Dud

Went to the auction Thursday and here are some of my purchases which I think were pretty good deals,what do you all think?I paid a grand total for all of it of $23.20 !!! now I think that was a DEALThe little coke glasses (12) was 4.20 Birdhouse 2.00 The playhouse with all the accesories not shown 7.00  the collectable glasses 1.00  the 5 barbie dolls 2.00 the 2 santas 3.00 a piece!So what do ya think DEAL or DUD? OH Forgot the 2 coke magnets with thermometer in them they were 2.00                                                                                      

Chase

Just a short one today. Chase got his helmet lettered with his name and flames across the front. I will be posting pictures in next couple days. he is really a sweetie,so much love in such alittle package! I thank the Lord for giving us such a precious grandchild.

It's that time again!

It's DEAL OR DUD time .We went to the auction last night and here are a few of my goodies.what do you think deal or dud? Total bill for all this was $11.50!!! The pink holder is depression glass,the white tray is Fireking and the lighthouse clock lights up! I'm gonna say "What a DEAL Judy"








Now to shift gears here let me tell you about my day at work...Everything was going good did one account the manager asked how I was feeling and told me to take it easy and have a great day ,nice huh? Well then I go to another account which will remain nameless but trust me it is one of my little accounts. I putting out my order and the "Manager" comes over to me and says "Did you sign the vendor book ?which by the way I always do in every acct. then she proceeds to tell me that I'm not filling out the credit reports required for the store that the other supervisors told her I refused to fill any paperwork out and she did contact her head quarters and make them aware of this...........WELL my blood pressure went thru the roof and I informed her that they never asked me to fill out their paperwork if they had I would have done so I fill out paperwork all day long! She then said well I took care of it and called our headquarters and reported it so there is no problem now you just have to fill this paper out for us..NO PROBLEM!!!Y you call and say I refuse to do my job when apparently your supervisors don't know what their doing so their covering their butts by putting it on me,then told her I wanted to face both girls be cause by her accounting I did it twice and I want them to say to my face that I refused!! well to cut this short I told her I would do her paperwork and that was it for me that I don't need her accusation's,someone else would be servicing her store after today.Then called my boss while she was standing there and told him I wasn't coming back to that store and the short reason why and told her to tell him what she told me and handed her my phone,well she spoke a minute to him told him she had no problem with me then told him she was hanging up because she could not carry a 3 way conversation..Hmmm I was standing there but hadn't spoke was just listening..anyway that ruined my day and really tested my faith in the Lord cause I was so upset I wanted to revert back to the old days and just cuss her out But I didn't I think she got my point tho,after she hung up the phone she scurried to her office in the back!!!!LOL I love my job and have the best managers in each account that sometimes you just have to face it some people think they are alittle more important then others that's life,truth be known I probably make as much if not more then her!!!lol O.K. enough I'm getting myself worked up again. Thursday auction night?

The days and weeks are really flying by,wow July here already .I wish the winter months went by as fast as the summer months do.If all goes as planned we will be going to the auction tonite,but as the ole saying goes
"PLANS ARE MADE TO BE BROKEN" LOL.and that seems to happen alot with my plans,I really wish I could be like some people who will make plans a month ahead of time and actually do it when the time rolls around ,me I can't seem to plan 2 days ahead. I am one that has to take it a day at a time,not that I wouldn't love to plan ahead but one day at a time seems to work better around here.
Switching gears here...I don't know how everyone feels about politics or what side of the aisle they may be on,but it really upsets me when I look at someones profile on facebook and they put under politics not interested or "I don't have time for that stuff..You know what my feeling is on that?? Honey you better make time to pay attention because all the stuff that is going on right now in Washington is going to effect all our lives ..It's not just a bunch of politicians playing in D.C. it is our future our children and grandchildren future.
I'm not saying everyone should get going to the closest Tea Party and join or go hold up a sign somewhere but trust me when I say we all need to listen to the news for at least a hour each day hear what is going on the policies that are being made and then make a informed decicison,don't just say I "Don't have time for that crap" OR another regular is "There gonna do whatever they want no matter what I think" NOT TRUE. Just one example of what our great government is trying to do ...Teach kindergartners about sex! 1st graders about same sex partners and now get this 3rd graders about different kinds of sex like the difference between anal and oral!!! I am reluctant to even put that on this blog so cant even imagine talking to Sam my granddaughter about it when she comes home and tells me what she learned in school today!!....So please everyone if only listening to the news is as far as you want to get involved please do at least that you will be shocked at what this country is headed for if you haven't been keeping up...and I would suggest Fox news because they are really fair and balanced as they say..but any news is better then ignorance.
Gonna wrap this up for now will have more pics for deal or Dud if I make it to the auction tonite ,until then Give someone you really don't like a big smile today,it will make you feel good and probably make them wonder what your up to !

Sexy

Now that is one sexy guy right! Aw my sweet Chase has to wear a helmet until he is around 13 months to help round his head.He has had it 2 weeks now and it doesn't bother him at all.He has to keep it on 22 hours a day.Now for his next challenge he went yesterday to get glasses to help with him crossing one of his eyes, he only does it when he tries to focus on something really close and he has closed tear ducts which the Dr. said he would wait a few months to see if they open on their own.Just 2 problems that alot of Down Syndrome babies face. Lisa did take him to Amos Cottage Tues. and the Doc. that deals with Downs ran tests and was really impressed with our little guy ,he said that on a normal child's scale he would be considered below normal so while that may not sound good it is because that puts him on the mild scale for downs..As I often say here lately the Lord never gives us anything we can't handle but we must put all our faith in him and never ??? our trials for he is always with us as long as we believe .

We know there are gonna be many more medical challenges that Chase will face in his future but he is so strong and good natured that with that along with faith and a strong belief that our God is good everything will be o.k. I will be updating everything he does and all his accomplishments so please stay with me thru this.

next pic will be of him with his glasses on if Lisa can figure out how to put them on him with his helmet,so far no luck!
